- Ensure seamless boutique operations adhering to brand values.

- Recruit and manage retail staff with clear KRA definitions and mentoring.

- Plan and execute trunk shows in key feeder markets.

5. Marketing & Campaign Effectiveness

- Plan BTL activities like alliances and customer engagement initiatives.

- Evaluate ATL and BTL campaigns to optimize future efforts.

- Execute in-store and external events tailored to the luxury segment.

Education & Experience

- Exceptional articulation and communication skills.

- Strong networking, social, and analytical skills.

- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

- Innovative thinker for targeted and effective media strategies.
