Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard new clients for digital marketing, website development, content creation, brand management and other services offered by the company.
• Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate quality leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and online platforms.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Build, maintain, and manage a robust sales pipeline to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, competitor analysis, and new business opportunities in the digital services sector.
• Proposal Development: Prepare and present business proposals and service offerings to prospective clients.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the internal teams (marketing, content, and development) to ensure client requirements are met effectively and on time.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• MBA in Marketing or related discipline (preferred).

Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the digital services industry.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of digital marketing, website development, and content creation services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
