Job Description
- Training and Learning: Undergoing structured training programs to learn about the company's products, equipment, systems, and service procedures
- Technical Skills Development: Gaining hands-on experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining equipment through on-the-job training and mentorship
- Troubleshooting: Assisting experienced service engineers in identifying and resolving technical issues or malfunctions in equipment or systems
- Installation and Setup: Learning how to install and set up new equipment or systems according to manufacturer specifications and customer requirements
- Maintenance: Participating in routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting equipment for signs of wear or damage
- Customer Interaction: Observing how senior service engineers interact with customers, provide technical support, and address customer inquiries or concerns
- Documentation: Learning how to accurately document service activities, repairs performed, parts replaced, and any other relevant information
- Safety Practices: Understanding and adhering to safety protocols and procedures while working with equipment and machinery
- Problem-Solving: Developing problem-solving skills to analyze technical issues and recommend appropriate solutions
