This position will have responsibilitiesrelated to Human Resources and Office Manager Role to serving Aimler Solutions and its affiliates as Aimler Solutionsclients.
We are seeking an experienced andproactive HR Manager to oversee and manage various HR functions and officeactivities for our organization. The ideal candidate must have a solidunderstanding of HR practices in both India and the US, including payrollmanagement, compliance with local regulations, and employee relations. You willplay a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our offices, effective HRpolicy implementation, and supporting our offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process andmanage payroll for the India and US office, including calculation of salaries,deductions, disbursements, PF ESI , with applicable tax and internalpolicies
- Develop, update,and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goalsand legal requirements.
- Ensure compliancewith Indian employment laws, including PF (Provident Fund), ESI (EmployeesState Insurance), and other statutory requirements.
- Maintainawareness of US local taxes, 401(k) regulations, and ensure compliance for USemployees.
- Post job openingson various job boards for both Indian and US offices.
- Coordinaterecruitment processes end to end, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
- Oversee theonboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the organization.
- Verify employeedocuments, offer letters, Contracts and maintain accurate and confidentialemployee records.
- Must haveexperience in Adding/Updating internal HR databases like ERP systems ()
- Stay updated withindustry best practices and trends to continuously improve HR processes.
- Provide supportand guidance to employees and management on HR-related issues hiring ,separation, HR feedback, disciplinary actions etc.
- Ensure that HRpractices align with organizational objectives and legal requirements.
- Overseeday-to-day office activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage thepurchasing of office accessories and supplies.
Qualifications:
- Must have 3-5years of experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relatedfield.
- Bachelors degreein Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Must have ERPexperience
- Experienceworking with US companies is a plus.
- Proven experienceas an HR Manager or in a similar HR role.
