Immediate Joiner Ticketing Executive

This position is responsible for providing advice and support to ensure the client compliance with destination knowledge & convincing power. No Work From Home. 6 Days Working

Role & responsibilities

• Need excellent command knowledge of Amadeus & Galileo Software
• Handling PNR Creation, Refund, Reschedule via commands
• Maintain Strong PR with all airlines
• Communicating with customers to answer questions about tickets, pricing, or flight schedules
• Resolve issues related to airline tickets such as booking problems, cancellation of tickets, and the issue of additional tickets.
• Should have knowledge about Flight Deal Sheet and type of taxes.
• Builds and maintains relationships with travel agents and tour vendors.
• Maintains accurate records of bookings, payments, transactions, phone calls and meetings.

• Good verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to negotiate effectively
• Excellent knowledge of computer programs (Mail, MS Office, Google Map Etc.)
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Strong ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
• Working knowledge of international travel trends & Making Itinerary
