Job Description

Roles & responsibilities


1. WordPress & Website Development Support


  • Ticket System Management: Oversee and manage the company's ticketing system (e.g., Freshdesk, Zendesk) for website-related requests and support issues.
    • Prioritize incoming tickets and assign them to the relevant team members.
    • Follow up with the development team to ensure timely resolutions and keep clients updated on ticket status.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve basic website-related issues for clients when possible.
  • Client Communication: Act as a liaison between clients and the website development team, ensuring effective communication and high customer satisfaction.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of common issues and resolutions, improving the efficiency of ticket management over time.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that website changes or fixes meet company standards before closing tickets.

2. Marketing & Sales Support

  • Marketing Campaigns: Assist in the planning, creation, and execution of marketing campaigns (email, social media, PPC).
    • Develop content for blog posts, newsletters, and social media platforms.
    • Assist in monitoring the performance of digital marketing campaigns and provide reports on key metrics.
  • Sales Assistance: Support the sales team with lead generation, customer outreach, and follow-up communications.
    • Assist in preparing proposals and quotes for prospective clients.
    • Help maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
    • Coordinate with the sales team to follow up with leads and prospects.

3. Administrative Support

  • Executive Support: Provide general administrative assistance
  • Event Coordination: Assist with organizing company events, webinars, and client meetings.


Preferred candidate profile

    • At least 2 years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative role with a focus on technical support, WordPress, or website management.
    • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) is a plus.
    • Exposure to marketing, sales, and customer outreach strategies.
    • Basic understanding of WordPress, website management, and development processes.
    • Familiarity with ticketing systems and workflow tools.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
    • Knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Hootsuite) is a plus.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical information to non-technical clients.

I've been working on this company for the last 18 months. In these 18 months, they promoted me as a quality control and gave the appraisal. They didn't pressure us if we took the right responsibility for the work. And company culture was good. This is completely remote, and it's UK (mid) shift. Salary will be credited on 25th itself, never delayed in salary.
