Job Overview:
The ERP Executive is responsible for the day-to-day administration, support. The role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure that business processes are well integrated into the ERP platform and to resolve any issues that arise.
Key Responsibilities:
1. ERP System Management:
Oversee the overall functionality and performance of the ERP system.
Ensure that the system is updated with the latest patches, versions, and features.
Monitor ERP-related security, ensuring compliance with data protection and privacy standards.
Perform data backups, system recovery, and disaster recovery procedures when required.
2. User Support:
Provide training, support, and troubleshooting for end-users across various departments.
Act as a point of contact for ERP-related queries and issues.
Resolve technical issues, escalate when necessary, and provide timely solutions.
3. Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to improve business processes within the ERP system.
Work closely with various departments to streamline workflows using ERP capabilities.
Customize ERP workflows and reports to meet business requirements.
4. Data Management & Reporting:
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across the system.
Generate, customize, and distribute standard and ad-hoc reports for various departments.
Support data migration, cleansing, and validation activities when needed.
5. Project Management:
Assist in the implementation of new ERP modules and system upgrades.
Participate in ERP-related projects, including process documentation and requirement gathering.
Collaborate with vendors and external partners during ERP implementations or updates.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience working with ERP systems.
Prior experience in ERP implementation, support, and administration is highly preferred.
Skills:
Proficient in ERP systems and understanding of their architecture.
Knowledge of business processes across multiple departments (e.g., finance, HR, inventory, production).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.

Strong analytical skills.
Experience in any ERP Software
