Worked on latest version of Dynamics 365 - CE Modules Sales and Marketing
Support in user licenses, security model access, storage capacity, instance updates and user training
Provide end-to-end support for Dynamics 365 CE Apps, including configuration, testing, deployment and ongoing maintenance and support.
Ensure all support calls are effectively managed with minimum disruption to the client.
Responsible to log incident calls using the Call Logging system like ServiceNow
Provide prompt and professional 1st and 2nd Level Support to the Customers base according to SLA and support contracts.
Support issues are responded to and resolved to plan and/or within agreed SLAs.
Provide regular feedback to customers regarding the progress of support call status.
Test own allocated D365 CE developments/fixes before delivering to customers.
Strong knowledge in CRM OOB Customizations, Configurations, Plug-ins, designing Power Apps, working with Power Automate, Azure Functions and Azure Logic Apps.
Strong knowledge in Client-side scripting and working with developer and data migration tools.
Knowledge of XRM toolbox, PowerShell scripting and other power tools.
Support in user licenses, security model access, storage capacity, instance updates, system hygiene and user training
Knowledge of Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for CRM solution deployments

4-6 Years of relevant support and consultancy
At least 2 years to 6 years of CE consulting experience Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE online
Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Applications, .Net and Azure Technologies
Worked on latest version of Dynamics 365 - CE Modules Sales and Marketing
Strong knowledge in CRM OOB Customizations, Configurations, data import export, reporting and dashboards.
Knowledge of Plug-ins C#, Custom Workflows, actions development using C#, JavaScript, and Web Api.
Knowledge of Dataverse and Power platform tools-Power Automate, Power Apps- model driven and canvas app.
Knowledge of Azure Services- Azure Active directory, Logic App, Azure Functions
Knowledge of XRM toolbox and any other debugging tools
Support in user licenses, security model access, storage capacity, instance updates and user training
Knowledge of Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for CRM solution deployments
Worked in European time zone.
Experience of supporting at least 3 years of an end-to-end CE implementation
Exposure to manufacturing industry and GDPR preferable
Exposure to global rollouts and hyper care activities
Client facing, flexible, excellent presentation and communication skills.
Microsoft CE certifications -Good to have.
Knowledge of German Language- Good to Have
University degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Science
