Your responsibilities
Role Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic Human Resource Trainee to support our Performance Management and Learning & Development functions. This role is perfect for someone looking to build a career in HR, with a focus on fostering employee growth and managing performance systems. You will work closely with experienced HR professionals, gaining hands-on experience in the core areas of talent management.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing and executing the performance management system, including performance reviews and assessments.
Help organize and coordinate learning and development programs for employees across departments.
Support the development and implementation of employee training modules and resources.
Collaborate with HR team members to gather and analyze data on employee performance and development needs.
Assist in preparing performance reports and identify key insights for improvement.
Provide administrative support to the HR department in various learning and performance initiatives.
Your profile
Master’s degree in Human resources.
0-2 years of experience in an HR, talent management, or learning & development role.
Strong interest in performance management and employee development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a team and a fast-paced environment.
Work Mode - Daily Work from office.
