Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Python Developer to join our operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our backend systems that power internal applications such as inventory management, warehouse systems, and custom picking tools. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for building robust, scalable systems and a knack for solving complex, multi-dimensional problems using sound logic and innovative problem-solving techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Backend Development & System Integration:
• Design & Development: Architect and develop backend components and APIs using Python that integrate internal applications (warehouse management, inventory control, picking systems) with our business processes.
• Integration: Collaborate with front-end, data engineering, and cross-functional teams to integrate various systems seamlessly.
• Automation & Optimization: Develop scripts and tools to automate daily tasks (data synchronization, inventory adjustments, order processing) and optimize system performance.
• Performance Optimization:
• Scalability: Implement caching strategies and performance optimizations (using tools like Redis) to handle high-volume data processing and ensure minimal latency.
• Testing & Monitoring: Write unit and integration tests. Work with monitoring tools to track system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively.
• Database Management & Data Integrity:
• Database Work: Develop and maintain systems that interface with both relational (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB) databases.
• Data Quality: Ensure accurate data flows between systems, and implement robust error handling and logging.
