Senior Backend Developer - Python (3-6 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a Senior Backend Developer to lead the design and implementation of our core agentic framework, ensuring scalable, high-performance backend solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python, FAST API, Kubernetes, and distributed systems, along with experience in caching strategies, workflow optimizations, and API development.

This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge agentic AI architectures, contributing to the development of advanced tools, agents, and backend services that power our next-generation AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Design and implement the core agentic framework with tools and agents.

2. Develop backend services for drag-and-drop modules and scheduling workflows.

3. Provide boilerplates and development guidance for tools and agent creation.

4. Implement caching strategies and performance optimizations for workflows.

5. Review backend code, enforce best practices, and provide technical mentorship to other developers.

6. Ensure backend system scalability, security, and reliability using Kubernetes and cloud-native architectures.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

1. 4-5 years of hands-on backend development experience, preferably in agentic AI-based systems.

2. Strong expertise in Python and FAST API for high-performance backend services.

3. Experience with OpenAPI standards for API documentation and interoperability.

4. Proficiency in Kubernetes and GitOps for managing infrastructure as code.

5. Deep understanding of database management using PostgreSQL and caching techniques with Redis.

6. Experience in message queue systems such as RabbitMQ and Celery.

7. Familiarity with ELK stack for logging, monitoring, and debugging.

8. Strong understanding of workflow automation, microservices architecture, and distributed computing.

9. Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

1. Experience in developing agentic AI architectures.

2. Knowledge of serverless computing and event-driven architectures.

3. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for scalable deployment.

4. Familiarity with real-time data processing and AI model integration
