Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager having good exposure to either .Net or Java
• Strong experience in Project Mgmt. skills including Agile process
• Must have managed 25+ FTE strength
• The ideal candidate will possess over 15+ years of relevant experience in project management within the financial services industry
• Candidate should have good exposure to Payment s domain

Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Lead and oversee all aspects of financial services domain projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including clients, executives, and project teams, to ensure project alignment and successful delivery.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively implementing solutions to minimize impact on project delivery.
• Resource Management: Manage project resources, including staffing, budgets, and external vendors, to ensure optimal project performance.
• Technical Expertise: Utilize strong .Net or Java skills to analyze data, develop insights, and provide recommendations to enhance project outcomes.
• Quality Assurance: Implement robust quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations and regulatory requirements.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging industry best practices and technological advancements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Skillsets we are looking for:

Requirements:

• Minimum of 15+ years of experience in project management with a focus on financial services
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion, delivering on time and within budget
• Strong technical proficiency in .Net or Java
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, effectively managing competing priorities and driving results
