We have opening in Accounts Receivable team :

JD :

• Collection of outstanding receivables and tracking Payments received against invoices on daily basis (Accounts Receivables & Reconciliation)
• Sending outstanding statements to all stake holders in timely manner
• Make necessary entries of Receipts. Knowledge of foreign exchange calculations
• Proper data maintenance of signed copy of Job Card/ invoices /FIRC/Credit notes.
• Preparing and sending various documents to banks for payments received.
• Keeping Track on Forward covers with Bank
• Daily Exchange Rate /FIRC / Remittance Inquiry - Follow-up with Bank
• Debtor Reconciliation on half yearly basis
• Assisting in audits & assessments as and when required
