Were seeking a talented DevOps Engineer with experience in Microsoft 365 to join our Kolkata team and help us enhance our infrastructure and deployment processes.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with 7-8 years of experience who has a solid understanding of Microsoft 365 along with DevOps principles. The ideal candidate will support our development and deployment pipelines, automate infrastructure tasks, and ensure smooth integration and operation of Microsoft 365 services within our ecosystem. Experience with Nginx servers, Linux, domain name management, and web applications like Flask and Django will be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Microsoft 365 Management: Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business.
• Infrastructure Management: Design, deploy, and manage infrastructure solutions on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) that integrate seamlessly with Microsoft 365 services.
• CI/CD Pipelines: Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate and streamline code integration and deployment processes.
• Automation: Create and maintain automation scripts using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar to handle configuration management and infrastructure provisioning.
• Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor the performance of Microsoft 365 services and related infrastructure, identify and resolve issues, and enhance system reliability.
• Collaboration: Work closely with development, IT support, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of new features and improvements with Microsoft 365.
• Documentation: Document system configurations, deployment processes, and troubleshooting steps to maintain clarity and facilitate team collaboration.
• Web Application Support: Ensure the deployment, scaling, and management of web applications (Flask, Django), ensuring smooth operation on Nginx servers and Linux environments.
• Domain Management: Administer domain name configurations, DNS management, and SSL certificate management to ensure seamless integration of external services.
• Security Experience: Solid understanding of security practices and compliance in cloud environments, including Microsoft 365, as well as securing infrastructure and web applications. Experience with securing CI/CD pipelines and implementing security protocols in cloud platforms is crucial.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: 7-8 years of experience in a DevOps role or similar position, with a focus on Microsoft 365 and general DevOps principles.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Microsoft 365 Expertise: Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business.
• Tools and Technologies: Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, CircleCI), containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
• Web Application Knowledge: Experience with web applications, particularly frameworks like Flask and Django.
• Server and Infrastructure Management: Solid understanding of Nginx server configuration, Linux-based infrastructure, and performance optimization.
• Domain Name Management: Experience in DNS management, domain configurations, and SSL certificate management.
• Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and their services.
• Version Control: Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
• Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Teams Administrator Associate are advantageous.
• Experience with Security: Understanding of security practices and compliance in cloud environments, including Microsoft 365.
• Agile Environment: Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
