Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat with a friendly and professional approach.
  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction and build long-lasting relationships.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop expertise to provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and confidently explain our offerings.
  • Sales Support: Assist in identifying customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to drive sales.
  • Lead Management: Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain a pipeline of potential leads for the sales team.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather valuable feedback to enhance our products and services.
  • Escalation: Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve complex issues.
  • Process Improvement: Share insights to enhance customer support and sales processes.
  • Recruitment: Assist in calling, scheduling, and recruiting participants for user studies.
  • Logistics: Coordinate and manage logistics for user study sessions.
  • Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with the team manager and other stakeholders.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent (a related degree is a plus).
  • Prior customer service or sales experience (good to have, but not mandatory); freshers are welcome.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Empathy and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to stay composed and professional under pressure.
  • Willingness to learn customer support and sales software.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends if needed.
  • Interest in or experience with user studies or research is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS-Excel.
