Joining our Data Management Team means becoming an integral part of a dynamic group focused on empowering client businesses through efficient data management. Our mission encompasses managing client data effectively, constructing robust information management systems, and guiding clients towards future readiness through data modernization and digitization initiatives. As part of our vision, we strive to enable interactive data visualization across vast scales, from billions of rows to real-time streams, while delivering actionable insights precisely where they matter most, ensuring superior business outcomes.
Responsibilities & Skill Set:

We are looking for a candidate with 4-5 years of experience in a Data Engineer role, who has attained a Graduate degree in Computer Science. And worked in at least 2-3 project.

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design and implement data models, dataflows, and datasets to support business intelligence solutions.
• Optimize Power BI queries, data connections, and data refresh schedules to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Integrate Power BI with Azure cloud services, including Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Lake, and Azure Analysis Services.
• Implement security measures and data governance policies to ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power BI reports, data sources, and data pipelines.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Power BI development, Azure cloud services, and data analytics technologies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members on Power BI development techniques and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making and drive business outcomes

Technical Skill Set :

• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI Desktop, Power Query, DAX, and Power BI Service.
• Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and techniques, including dimensional modeling and star schema.
• Experience with Azure cloud services, such as Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Lake, Azure Analysis Services, and Azure Data Factory.
• Solid understanding of database concepts and SQL querying skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Azure certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate) are a plus.
• Experience in agile development methodologies is preferred.
