Senior/Lead Frontend Developer - Vue.js/React.js (5-12 yrs)

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and development of high-quality, performant, and responsive user interfaces using modern front-end technologies (React or Vue.js preferred).

- Collaborate closely with designers, back-end developers, and product managers to translate design concepts into functional and user-friendly web applications.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies and frameworks, continuously seeking opportunities to improve our development process and user experience.

- Proactively identify and implement performance optimizations to ensure a smooth and responsive user experience across all devices.

- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment within the front-end team.

- Conduct code reviews, providing constructive feedback and helping developers improve their skills.

- Participate in technical discussions, offering your expertise and insights to shape the overall architecture of our web applications.

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a front-end developer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.

- In-depth knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).

- Proficiency in a modern front-end framework (React or Vue.js preferred).

- Experience with build tools (Webpack, Gulp) and testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha).

- Excellent understanding of web accessibility best practices (WCAG).

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Experience working in an Agile development environment.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

- A passion for building exceptional user experiences and a commitment to continuous learning.

Bonus Points :

- Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) or Next.js/Nuxt.js.

- Experience with TypeScript.

- Experience with UI/UX design principles
