Team Lead - Senior Angular Developer

We are looking for a skilled Senior Angular Developer with over 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Angular (versions 10+), a deep understanding of front-end technologies, and the ability to work on large-scale projects. This role involves leading projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Front-End Development:
   
• Design, develop, and maintain robust Angular-based web applications.
• Build dynamic and reusable UI components using TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
2. Leadership & Collaboration:
   
• Lead the design and architecture of new features and modules.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality software.
3. Integration & Optimization:
   
• Integrate with RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Utilize RxJS and NgRx for efficient state management.
• Optimize front-end performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
4. Testing & Quality Assurance:
   
• Conduct thorough unit testing using Jasmine and Karma.
• Perform debugging and troubleshooting to resolve complex issues.
• Implement automated testing to ensure application reliability.
5. Continuous Improvement & Documentation:
   
• Write and maintain technical documentation for projects.
• Stay updated with the latest Angular trends and technologies.
• Continuously improve development processes and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience: 5+ years in front-end development with a focus on Angular (version 10+).
• Technical Skills:
• Advanced proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS.
• Strong experience with RxJS and NgRx for state management.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful API integration.
• Tools & Technologies:
• Proficient in Git, Angular CLI, Webpack, and NPM.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Familiarity with Docker and cloud services like AWS or Azure.
• Testing Frameworks: Strong knowledge of Jasmine, Karma, and automated testing.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, .NET).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles and Material Design.
• Experience with microservices architecture.
