Masseuse/ Female Massage Therapist

Roles and Responsibilities -

We are seeking unmarried Young, Bold, Beautiful, Flexible, Smart, Dynamic, skilled and experienced female masseuse aged between 18 and 30 to join our team provides high-quality and professional massage services, including Tantra and Nuru massages, to our clients in Delhi NCR and all metro cities in India.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality massage services to clients, including Swedish, Thai, body massage, Tantra massage, and Nuru massage techniques.
• Assess clients' conditions and preferences to determine the most suitable massage techniques.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment room/ workspace to ensure a comfortable environment for clients. Also, ensure all equipment and supplies are properly sanitized.
• Develop strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend follow-up appointments as needed.
• Maintain accurate client records and notes and adhere to all spa policies and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in the field of spa therapy.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and promote spa services.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 0-1 year of experience as a masseuse or female massage therapist preferred, with knowledge of various massage techniques and practices.
• Strong knowledge of various types of massage modalities (Swedish, Thai, Body Massage, Tantra Massage, Nuru massage).
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and feedback.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
• Ability to maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor at all times.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ready to travel as per requirements.
• Basic computer literacy for managing schedules and record-keeping purposes.
• Has PAN and Aadhaar.
• Age must be between 18 and 30 years old.
• Should be Unmarried or Single or Separated/ divorced.
• Fresher may apply. Necessary training will be given.
