Job Description

As a Website Developer, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of our company s digital presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in web development technologies, a keen eye for design, and the ability to create seamless, user-friendly experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain back-end functionality, ensuring smooth integration with databases and third-party applications.

Content Management:

Implement and customize content management systems (CMS) to enable efficient content updates and modifications.

Ensure the website s content is up-to-date and aligned with company messaging.

Optimization and Performance:

Conduct regular performance assessments and implement optimizations for faster page load times.

Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance website functionality.

Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and goals.

Communicate effectively with team members to provide updates and gather feedback on development projects.

Portfolio Review for Technical Proficiency:
Each candidate s portfolio will undergo a comprehensive review to assess their technical proficiency in website development. We will evaluate the range and complexity of projects, the technologies utilized, and the overall quality of the websites developed, ensuring a strong foundation in web development skills.

Front-End and Back-End Expertise:
Our hiring process will include a detailed examination of candidates expertise in both front-end and back-end development. This includes assessing their proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript for front-end, as well as knowledge of server-side languages, databases, and frameworks for back-end development.

Responsive Design and User Experience (UX):
Candidates will be evaluated on their ability to create responsive and user-friendly websites. This involves an assessment of their understanding of responsive design principles, navigation structures, and overall UX/UI considerations to ensure that websites are visually appealing and function seamlessly across various devices.

Coding Standards and Best Practices:
