ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in crafting intuitive, engaging user interfaces that improve the financial lives of our users. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to deliver high-quality designs that meet our users' needs and align with TIFINs mission. You will bring a strong understanding of UX and UI principles, a passion for problem-solving, and a dedication to designing meaningful experiences.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features and
enhancements.
Create high-fidelity prototypes, wireframes, user flows, and other UX artifacts to guide product development.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs based on feedback.
Maintain consistency in visual design and brand guidelines across all digital touchpoints.
Continuously stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools in product design and fintech.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience: 1-4 years as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer, preferably in a fintech or tech startup environment.
Design T ools: Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with prototyping and collaboration tools like InVision, Zeplin, and Miro etc.
T echnical Knowledge: Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, wireframing, and prototyping.
Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and feedback to create informed design decisions.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly, receive feedback, and collaborate effectively with other teams.
Preferred: Experience with design systems, familiarity with HTML/CSS, and an understanding of AI-driven design.
