Established in 1991, our Client is a leading travel marketing company headquartered in New Delhi (Jasola). It has a presence in about 12 locations throughout India and Singapore and represents four brands owned by the largest Cruise Liner in the World.
Role: - Social Media Lead (Prior D2C Brand Building Exp Mandatory)
CTC: 12 to 16 Lakhs per annum
Location: Jasola Delhi (Work From Office)
Role Overview:
As part of the launch team, you will have the unique opportunity to shape a brand from the ground up and influence the undisputed exciting future of cruise travel. You will be the deckhand bringing the world glued to social media to feel the adventure and sophisticated edge of cruises, through them. Join them on this voyage to bring innovation and structure to the Asia cruise market from India to Singapore to Tokyo in a dynamic startup setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our marketing goals and brand positioning.
- Design, schedule, and publish high-quality, on-brand content across all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Threads, YouTube, Quora, etc).
- Work towards achieving the growth goals of the brand by increasing conversions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, platform updates, and the competitive landscape to ensure our brand remains innovative and relevant.
- Collaborate with the creative team to create engaging visuals, videos, and copy that resonate with our target audience.
- Develop and manage a content calendar to ensure timely, consistent posting aligned with brand priorities and campaigns.
- Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions, building a positive community around the brand.
- Monitor and moderate user-generated content, addressing inquiries or concerns, to enhance the brand experience.
- Identify and manage relationships with influencers and brand advocates to amplify reach.
- Analyze social media metrics to measure campaign effectiveness, optimize performance, and recommend strategies based on insights.
- Prepare detailed reports on KPIs and social media performance, focusing on successes, challenges, and recommendations for improvement to drive higher conversions.
- Use data-driven insights to experiment, enhance engagement, reach, and increase conversion rates.
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all social media channels.
- Collaborate with other teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns and business goals.
Candidate Profile:
- 5-6 years of experience in social media management in a D2C Brand.
- Proven experience in creating and executing social media disruptive strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of best practices for platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Proficiency in audience analysis, SEO, web traffic metrics, and crafting buyer personas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to create engaging and visually appealing content.
- Understanding of graphic design principles.
