Production Executive

Ensuring all Quality parameters to be taken care. Overseeing the Production process. All shift reports to be filled and circulated properly. Maintaining of files and documents as per the system and customer requirement. Supervising and motivating a team of workers.Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure all products meet established quality parameters. Proactively identify and address potential quality issues. Conduct regular quality checks and inspections.
Production Oversight: Supervise and coordinate all aspects of the production process, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules. Monitor production output and identify areas for improvement. Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records, including shift reports, production logs, and any other required documentation. Circulate reports to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner. Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and customer requirements.
Team Leadership: Supervise, motivate, and mentor a team of production workers. Delegate tasks effectively and provide clear instructions. Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.
Safety Compliance: Enforce all safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees. Conduct regular safety inspections and identify potential hazards. Promote a culture of safety consciousness.
