Responsibilities:

Campaign Planning and Strategy:

1. Collaborate with the Account Management team to understand campaign objectives, target audience, and key messaging.

2. Develop comprehensive outdoor media strategies that align with overall marketing goals.

3. Conduct market research to identify optimal outdoor media opportunities and locations for maximum reach and impact.

4. Determine budget allocation for different outdoor media channels and locations.

5. Identifying clients in the south specifically to grow and scale the business in southern market.

Media Buying and Negotiation:

1. Identify and negotiate with outdoor media vendors to secure the best rates and placements.

2. Utilize negotiation skills to secure advantageous media deals while staying within budget constraints.

3. Develop strong relationships with outdoor media vendors to leverage future opportunities.

4. Establishing strong relationships with the vendors in the west to get the best rates and add good value to the clients.

Campaign Execution and Management:

1. Coordinate with the Ad Ops Team and manage the end-to-end execution of outdoor media campaigns, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

2. Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with the target audience and fit the outdoor medium.

3. Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in outdoor media buying and advertising.

Qualification Required:

1. Masters in Mass Media / MBA

Must-Have:

1. Strong Relations with Outdoor Media vendors in the Southern Region.

2. Media planning experience in outdoor industry for multiple clients

3. Market Trend Analysis

Good to Have:

1. Comfortable speaking in Kanada, Tamil, Telugu & English
