Job Description

Managing backend operations for Video Shoot (Inventory update, pricing, price reductions, authenticity)

Managing Affiliations (Placing Partnership s orders, and monitoring delivery)

Demonstrating end to end ownership of partner interaction coupled with proactive problem solving.

Monitoring items/orders, over partner platforms.

Uploading videos to the website.

Fresher or experience working in operations/procurement management, preferably with an e-commerce background.

Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to multitask effectively.

Strong follow-up, and decision-making skills.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent Time management skills and the ability to work under pressure.

The worst Management The worst HR The appraisal is an insult on the face. Need to suck up to the management only then you get paid well and are promoted. Micromanagement Can’t speak up if something is unfair. Hr is deaf. NO ONE IS HAPPY. CHANGE THE MANAGEMENT and stop looting.
