About the role
The Luxury Closet is looking for a Marketing Executive based in our India office, who will be a key component of our broader Growth & Marketing Team. In this role you will be actively involved in monthly demand planning and end to end execution for the month whilst ensuring company targets are met.

Responsibilities
- An Affiliate marketing executive oversees the development and execution of affiliate marketing programs.
- Affiliate & Marketplace Recruitment: Identifying and recruiting new affiliate & marketplace partners.
- Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with affiliates & Marketplaces to optimize performance.
- Campaign Strategy: Planning, implementing, and managing campaigns to meet business goals.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyzing and reporting on performance, ensuring targets are met.
- Optimization: Testing and optimizing affiliate strategies to increase traffic and conversions.
Requirements
- 1-2 years previous experience working in growth marketing, or a role focused specially on Affiliates & Marketplaces
- Prior experience in ecommerce marketing would be preferable.
