Job Description

We, at The Little Scientists (A USA based education company) are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about education, excited to enhance their sales skills, and ready to make an impact with a rapidly growing EdTech company focused on sparking curiosity in young minds through science and math programs for students in the USA.

As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by engaging with parents, sharing the value of our science and math classes, and guiding them through the enrolment process.


Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with Prospective Parents: Educate parents about The Little Scientists
    programs for grades 1-5, oFering guidance through the enrollment process.
  • Sales Execution: Use phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings to connect with leads, explain program benefits, and convert interest into enrollments.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, eFectively managing a pipeline of prospective students.
  • CRM Management: Document, track, and analyze lead progress and conversions using CRM tools.
  • Follow-Up: Maintain follow-up communication with prospective parents, address their questions, and provide support for informed decision-making.
  • Event Support: Assist in product presentations, demonstrations, and enrollment events as needed.

Qualifications

  • Sales Experience (Preferred but Not Required): Prior experience in sales or customer service is advantageous, though freshers are encouraged to apply.
  • Educational Background: Bachelors degree in any field.
  • Interest in Education and Sales: Passionate about the education industry and motivated to succeed in a sales role.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Proficient verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive approach.
  • Customer-Focused Attitude: Positive, energetic, and dedicated to understanding and meeting customer needs.
  • Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, set and meet targets, and thrive in a remote environment.

Technical Requirements:

Candidates must have their own laptop and a reliable internet connection.

    salary and 3 LPA variable pay.
