Job Description

Join The Leprosy Mission to Heal and Empower

The Leprosy Mission Trust India (TLMTI) is a pioneering organisation dedicated to providing holistic care, promoting inclusion, and upholding dignity for individuals affected by leprosy and marginalised communities. With a presence in 9 states across India, we operate 15 hospitals, 2 clinics, 6 vocational training centers, 4 residential care homes, 7 community empowerment projects, and a research laboratory.

Medical Doctors Wanted
We are seeking skilled and compassionate Medical Doctors to join our team at various locations across India. Opportunities are available for:

Medical Officers: Primary care physicians to assist in managing medical care under the supervision of specialists.

Responsibilities

Clinical management of patients (inpatient and outpatient).

Planning and executing sustainability programs for your specialty.

Managing leprosy cases (inpatient and outpatient).

Participating in hospital activities such as CME, training, research, and more.

Qualifications and Benefits

Postgraduate degree/diploma in the relevant field (for specialists) or MBBS degree with MCI/State Medical Council registration (for medical officers).
Accommodation provided on the hospital campus, partly furnished doctor s quarters (where available).
Work hours: 08:00 am to 05:30 pm (or until OPD/ward work is completed) on all weekdays (Mon Fri). Saturdays are half working days (with 2 Saturdays Off every month). Sunday is a holiday (except when posted on duty / emergency).
Salary and benefits as per TLMTI norms, including Provident Fund, Annual Gift, and more including specific National Holidays, Annual and Casual Leaves.
