Your main responsibilities include:
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team
Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
Mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical skills
Actively participate in coding and development tasks
Review code and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices
Solve complex technical problems and provide technical expertise
Lead architectural discussions and decisions
Design scalable and maintainable software solutions
Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies to achieve project goals
Collaborate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing of developed solutions
Implement and promote best practices for testing and code quality
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team
Hiring and training technical personnel
Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible
Supervising system modifications & guiding team through technical issues and challenges
Work closely with other departments, such as product management, customer support, and marketing, to ensure all technical requirements are met
Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure quality standards are met
Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies, processes and tools to enhance development capabilities
Analyze customer requirements and develop technical solutions to meet customer needs
Develop and document technical processes and procedures
We expect you to:
Have experience in working as Tech Lead min. 3 years
Have experience in working with React Native and ReactJs (NextJs)
Have experience in working with Git, Bootstrap, Redux/Axios
Have experience in working with SaaS, Webpack, Unit Test, Restful API, Tailwind css - would be a plus
Have experience in working with Node.JS (Nest.JS and Express)
Have excellent knowledge of PHP (Laravel)
Have experience in working with REST API
Good knowledge of NOSQL (Mongo DB is preferred) and PostgreSQL
Have excellent knowledge of microservices concept
Have excellent knowledge of OOP
Have experience in dev-ops is a plus
Be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work
Have the ability to work collaboratively as part of a project team
Have excellent English skills
