RECRUITMENT OF HEAD- IT ON CONTRACT BASIS - TO START WITH FOR 3 YEARS WITH PERODIC PERFORMANCE REVIEW

Essential Functions - Mainly to ensure implementation, execution and compliance of all Cyber Security Measures required for LeveI III control" defined by RBI under Comprehensive Cyber Security Framework for Urban Cooperative Banks (UCBs) besides ensuring seamless CBS, NEFT/RTGS / ATM and other EFT Switch services being provided by service providers. To lead the IT team and provide guidance, support, and direction to team members and ensure that they have the resources and training they need to succeed in the function. Prescribe security improvements for environments to resolve or mitigate security findings or otherwise enhance security posture to achieve compliance with all security initiatives. Capable to establish a process and platform to execute processes to measure efficacy of Key Cyber controls.

Qualifications- Minimum Diploma / Degree Holder or equivalent in any IT field (Computer Engineering / Electrical / Electronic/ Security and Control ) from recognized institution

Experience Experience must be in IT and its related services .Minimum 20 years for Degree Holders or equivalent and 30 years for Diploma. Preference can be given to retired bank IT professionals having required experience in any well established multi branches bank.

SalaryConsolidated remuneration will be offered based on candidate's qualifications, experience, overaII suitability and market benchmarks for the respective posts, and shall not be a limiting factor for suitable candidate.
