Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of project management under EPR compliance, consulting & assurance Projectscovering Plastic waste management, E-waste management, Tyre waste & Battery waste; for LargeFMCG, MNCs and Consumer product manufacturing companies. Maintain relationship with Central and state pollution control board officials. Take responsibility for successful fulfilment of brands EPR target and timely reporting. Set and achieve EPR targets to generate revenue across all geographies/locations. Oversee all aspects relating to the planning, scheduling, communication, networking, and trainingrequirements relevant to the role. Develop and execute sales strategies for The Kabadiwala EPR team to enhance productivity. To identify prospective updates & changes in the domain and take proactive steps & solutions indiscussion with clients & internal management to address the challenges. Ensure manpower recruitment and planning across geographies and locations. To support clients by providing a framework for EPR and its implementation according to ensurecompliance under various applicable EPR rules. Manage team performance, retention, and productivity. Maintain adherence to regulatory guidelines and compliances as per latest EPR guidelines. Build a healthy pipeline from the territory in collaboration with the EPR team. Lead and collaborate with various internal teams to formulate solutions and strategies required forsuccessful implementation of EPR plans. Develop knowledge of the market and competitors, identify, and develop the companys uniqueselling propositions and differentiators. Provide accurate sales forecast and other reports to the management.Requirements: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, Candidate from EPR and sustainabilitybackground will be preferred. Strong experience in sales/operations. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to navigatecomplex and unstructured cross-functional environments. Demonstrated experience in leading a team of 15 - 25 members previously. Highly customer-oriented with previous experience in building strong customer relationshipsor scaling up such businesses in a B2B environment. Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics. Excellent negotiation skillsThis profile may require the executive to travel across India as per the company s requirement.
