Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Architect to lead the design and development of automotive embedded systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of embedded systems, ARM architecture, ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems), AUTOSAR, and embedded AI simulation, with a proven track record in designing and delivering solutions for autonomous vehicles. This role will require collaboration with cross-functional teams to define architecture, guide development, and ensure the successful integration of advanced technologies into our vehicle systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and architecture of automotive embedded systems, focusing on ADAS, AUTOSAR, and autonomous functionalities.

- Develop comprehensive technical solutions that meet project requirements and customer expectations, leveraging ARM architecture and emerging technologies.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering best practices and innovative approaches to system design and development.

- Integrate and implement AI-driven algorithms and simulation tools to enhance vehicle perception, decision-making, and control capabilities.

- Work closely with hardware engineers, software developers, and product managers to ensure seamless integration of components and systems.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including safety-critical requirements for autonomous driving.

- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system architectures, design specifications, and implementation guidelines.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

- A minimum of 10 years of experience in designing and developing automotive embedded systems.

- Expertise in ARM architecture, ADAS, AUTOSAR, and relevant automotive protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet).

- Strong knowledge of embedded systems programming languages (C/C++, Python, etc.) and development environments.

- Experience with embedded AI simulation tools and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) for automotive applications.

- Familiarity with safety standards such as ISO 26262 and ASPICE.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
