Junior Architect

We are looking for well-experienced, hungry, communicative designers to join our Developer team in Vasai.

The candidate must be a confident, collaborative team player with exceptional communication and organizational skills someone able to articulate and convey design intentions, someone able to take ownership of a project and run with it within the organization. Experience in residential high rise projects is a must.

Open Position: Architect - Developer Team. (Vasai Office)

Number of requirement: 2

Minimum years of experience: 2 to 6 years

Qualification: Minimum B. Arch. Degree and COA registration.

Purpose of the Role -To design & deliver Vertical Residential projects.

Primary Responsibilities

To be able to design and plan various residential units and layout as per requirement.

To be able to handle and coordinate with various consultants like structural, MEP etc.

To be able to deliver drawings in the stipulated time.

Role Description -(Roles to be performed to fulfill the above responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following)

Take complete responsibility for the entrusted projects end-to-end.

Create best possible design responses to project demands.

Create complete and comprehensive designs at every stage of the design process backed up by accurate documentation.

Review and respond to queries raised by site team.

Ensure efficient project delivery in line with the planned resourcing thereby ensuring profitability and timely delivery.

Compile project documentation.
