Role & responsibilities

As the Assistant to the Head of Innovation and Strategy, you'll be at the heart of our most cutting-edge initiatives. Main Responsibilities would include :-

1. Organize and track project timelines, deliverables, and meetings to ensure smooth execution
2. Work alongside cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration
3. Take notes, summarize key points, and follow up on action items after strategic meetings.
4. Assist in coordinating and managing projects.
5. Help prepare presentations, reports, and analyses.
6. Manage the Heads calendar with precision, ensuring seamless scheduling and prioritization
7. Coordinate travel arrangements, events, and other logistics as needed
8. Handle communication flow, maintaining discretion and professionalism at all times

Preferred candidate profile

Freshers or young professional who have an attitude to learn and work . Good communication skills - Verbal and Written.
