Responsibilities
Sales Leadership:
Own the regional P&L for the business and lead the Sales function Lead and manage a team of ambitioussalesleadsfor the region to drive key metrics for the business. Coach, mentor and inspire the team to deliver on business, sales and customer experience goals
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the RE market, the competitive landscape and industry trends
Develop strong long-term relationships with corporate real estate
heads, CXOs, business leaders, and leasing intermediaries (IPC s, Brokersetc.)
Collaborate closely with internal sales and marketing teams to develop pitch decks, collaterals, website content and more, to deliver strategic and targeted marketing and sales plans
Revenue Management:
Engage with leads throughout the sales lifecycle from opportunity validation to closure. Implement best practices to maximize pipeline creation, forecasting accuracy, conversion rates etc.
Conduct site visits and demonstrate The Hive locations to potential clients, understand their needs, customize our offerings, develop proposals, and articulate The Hive s value proposition
Work with central finance team on monthly reporting, collections, and client follow-ups as required
Assist and close high ticket complex transactions and support in business expansion plans .
Organizational Leadership
Work actively with senior leadership to achieve organizational goals and drive key strategic initiatives
Own occupancy metrics and work cross-functionally with various teams to deliver best-in-class customer experience.
Qualifications: MBA or equivalent Master s degree from a reputed Business School.
Experience :
8+ years ofsales/leasing experience in high growth companies Prior experience in consultative sales across SaaS companies Experience in successfully leading high growth teams Prior experience in flexible workspace, commercial office leasing or hospitality would be an added advantage.
