Overview: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Closing Manager to oversee and facilitate the closing process for real estate transactions in the SOBO region. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.Key Responsibilities:

• Transaction Management: Oversee the entire closing process for residential and commercial real estate transactions, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
• Client Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders, providing updates and addressing any concerns throughout the closing process.
• Documentation Review: Review and prepare all necessary closing documents, including purchase agreements, title documents, and closing statements.
• Compliance and Regulations: Ensure all transactions comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the closing process, working proactively to mitigate potential delays.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, including sales, legal, and finance, to ensure a seamless closing experience.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of transactions and prepare reports for management on closing activities and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in real estate closing, title insurance, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and practices in the SOBO region.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficient in real estate software and Microsoft Office Suite.
