Job Description
- Lead and guide middle office and pipeline operations teams, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Establish and improve operational processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Promote collaboration and trust within geographically dispersed teams, serving as a point of escalation for complex issues.
- Build strong partnerships with internal departments such as Finance, Investment Accounting, and Loan Servicing.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement necessary changes.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, ensuring robust reporting and insights.
- Education: Master s degree in finance or a related discipline from a reputed institution.
- Experience: At least 15 years of relevant experience, ideally within alternative asset management or fixed income.
- In-depth knowledge of private credit loans and related processes, including credit and syndication documentation.
- Proficiency in tools and platforms such as Hazeltree, IVP, ClearPar, WSO, Allvue OMS, or Advent Geneva is an advantage.
- Skills and Attributes:
- Demonstrated success in leading and mentoring diverse teams across global locations.
- Strong analytical abilities to anticipate challenges and develop strategic solutions.
- Effective project management expertise, with a track record of managing cross-functional initiatives.
- High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint and Visio; familiarity with Microsoft Teams is a bonus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
