UI Architect - React.js (8-13 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced ReactJS UI Architect specializing in performance tuning for frontend applications. The ideal candidate will lead the design, optimization, and scalability efforts for high-performance, responsive, and efficient web applications.

This role requires deep expertise in ReactJS, JavaScript, performance profiling, and optimization techniques to enhance application speed, responsiveness, and overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and optimize ReactJS-based frontend applications for high performance, scalability, and responsiveness.

- Conduct performance audits to identify bottlenecks and implement strategies such as code splitting, lazy loading, memoization, and rendering optimizations.

- Implement best practices for performance tuning, including Virtual DOM diffing, efficient state management, minimizing re-renders, and optimizing API calls.

- Develop and enforce coding standards, reusable UI components, and architectural best practices.

- Leverage tools like Chrome DevTools, Lighthouse, Webpack Bundle Analyzer, and React Profiler to analyze and improve application performance.

- Collaborate with backend engineers, DevOps teams, and UX designers to ensure seamless integration and optimization of frontend applications.

- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and frameworks to continuously enhance application efficiency.

- Provide technical mentorship and leadership to frontend developers, ensuring the adoption of performance-driven development methodologies.

- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and implement strategies for optimizing initial load times and runtime performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8+ years of experience in frontend development with at least 5 years in ReactJS.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI frameworks.

- Expertise in React performance optimization techniques, including code splitting, memoization, reconciliation, and virtualization.

- Experience with Redux, Context API, React Query, and other state management libraries.

- Proficiency in Webpack, Vite, Rollup, and other module bundlers for optimizing frontend performance.

- Hands-on experience in profiling and debugging performance issues using tools like React Profiler, Lighthouse, and Web Vitals.

- Strong knowledge of asynchronous programming, service workers, and API optimization.

- Experience with SSR (Server-Side Rendering) and CSR (Client-Side Rendering) using frameworks like Next.js.

- Familiarity with progressive web apps (PWA) and frontend caching strategies.

- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile development environment.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with Micro-frontend architecture and modular UI design.

- Exposure to AI-driven UI performance enhancements.

- Familiarity with CICD pipelines and cloud-based deployment (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Knowledge of WebAssembly, WebGL, and other modern web technologies.
