Senior Tax Associate

Analyze US indirect tax issues, including sourcing and income characterization. Review of existing sales and use tax compliance process, and, together with the Sr. Tax Director, develop recommendations to efficiently manage compliance. Review sales and use tax compliance workpapers prepared by the Accounting team. Preparation of sales and use tax compliance and / or manage outside compliance service providers. Review US and global contracts and make recommendations re: appropriate indirect tax treatment, including sourcing and income characterization. Assist in identifying information required for quarterly and annual tax provision, and working with outside service provider and the Sr. Tax Director in preparing the provision and related documentation. Interface with Corp Finance to reflect Tax results in various modeling exercises

Work with Legal, Finance, and other groups to assist with business expansion both in the US and globally. s
