Job Description
- The British School, New Delhi seeks an experienced Primary Teacher with specialist training and experience to teach primary students
- The role of Primary Teacher is to help students apply concepts through classroom instruction and presentations
- Their role is also to prepare lessons, grade papers, manage the classroom, meet with parents, and work closely with other school staff
- Should be able to support students socially, emotionally and academically
- They will also plan and implement effective assessment for/of learning which enhances outcomes for students and share relevant feedback with students, parents and external institutions
- The appointee must have a qualification in Science with a teaching qualification/degree from a reputed institution
- A minimum of 3 years teaching experience in a leading international school is preferable
- Excellent spoken and written English is a must for this position
