Job Description

About the Role : The position is responsible to manage all legal compliance and liaisoning external and local statutory bodies and ensuring all documentation returns and licenses are updated till date. Manage and update compliance management platform to ensure that the company compliance with all legal regulations and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Legal & Liaisoning-

  • Arranging legal compliance applicable under various labor laws like Factories Act, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act, Payment of Bonus Act, Equal Remuneration Act, Payment of Gratuity Act, Legal Metrology and Zila Panchayat.
  • Coordination with certified medical practitioner for health check-up of employees periodically.
  • Ensure compliance with State Pollution Control Board, CGWA, Electrical & Fire Department.
  • Maintaining & updating legatrix compliance tool box and compliance tracker on monthly basis.
  • Effective liaison with various officials like Labor enforcement officer, Deputy labor commissioner, Assistant Director of Factories as when required.
  • Prepare various returns and renewal of license applicable.

Effective Administration & Employee Relation-

  • Agreements and its renewal with Waste disposal vendor, Pest control vendor, Labor contractors, Security Agency etc.
  • Agreement and its renewal with transporters.
  • Travel and accommodation management- Booking of hotels and Taxies.
  • Prepare documentation respect to ISO 9001:2015, & 13485:2016.
  • Maintaining house-keeping with in the plant.
  • Grievance redressal.
  • Employee engagement.
  • Verification of labor contractors/ security agency bills in manner of attendance, wages sheet, contribution of EPF and ESIC and GST etc. and ensure disbursement of wages as per the provision of payment of wages act rules.

Training & Development-

  • Design and development of training program in manner of training calendar.
  • Coordination with the internal/external faculty/trainer.
  • Ensuring adherence of training calendar, compiling training feedback/effectiveness, ensuring training nomination.
  • Maintaining proper training records.
