Job Description

As an Advertising and Branding Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective advertising strategies and building a strong brand presence. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to create and manage campaigns that align with our companys goals and resonate with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Brand Strategy Development: Develop and implement brand strategies that align with the companys vision and objectives. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  • Advertising Campaigns: Create and manage advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., digital, print, social media). Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better results.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform advertising and branding strategies.
  • Creative Direction: Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals to produce high-quality advertising materials and brand assets.
  • Budget Management: Manage advertising budgets and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources. Track expenses and provide regular reports on campaign performance.
  • Brand Guidelines: Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency in visual and verbal communication. Monitor adherence to brand standards across all marketing materials.
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of advertising and branding efforts. Prepare and present reports to stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, product development) and external partners (e.g., agencies, media outlets) to coordinate and execute marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field. A Master s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (typically 3-5 years) in advertising, branding, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of advertising platforms, digital marketing, and branding principles.
  • Excellent creative, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in advertising and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Google Ads, social media management tools).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
