As an Advertising and Branding Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective advertising strategies and building a strong brand presence. Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy Development: Develop and implement brand strategies that align with the companys vision and objectives. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Advertising Campaigns: Create and manage advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., digital, print, social media). Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better results.
Market Research: Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform advertising and branding strategies.
Creative Direction: Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals to produce high-quality advertising materials and brand assets.
Budget Management: Manage advertising budgets and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources. Track expenses and provide regular reports on campaign performance.
Brand Guidelines: Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency in visual and verbal communication. Monitor adherence to brand standards across all marketing materials.
Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of advertising and branding efforts. Prepare and present reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field. A Master s degree is a plus.
