Job Description
- Test Planning and Execution: Write test plans, prepare data, and execute scenarios within Manhattan Active WMS .
- Learning and Application: Quickly learn new processes and systems, apply knowledge to deliver results based on timelines.
- Business Collaboration: Work with businesses to understand and document requirements, determine design and approach, configure, and test various applications to support business needs.
- Documentation: Document requirements, process flows, and new functionality. Create clear and detailed documentation.
- Project Management: Plan, track, escalate, and deliver tasks according to assigned timelines.
- Business Process Artifacts: Write use cases, business rules, and create other artifacts such as swim lane diagrams and activity flow diagrams to represent business processes, desired outcomes, and requirements.
- Problem Solving: Solve problems by managing various driving factors and requirements while maintaining focus on key objectives.
- WMS Interface Expertise: Interface WMS technologies and applications with back-office systems.
- Module Design and Configuration: Lead and contribute to module design and configuration as needed.
- Testing Experience: Leverage past experience as a testing analyst for one or more WMS implementations .
- Hands-on experience with Manhattan Active WMS .
- Strong ability to collaborate and engage with business stakeholders .
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for documentation and stakeholder interaction.
- Proven ability to quickly learn and apply new processes/systems.
- Experience with WMS testing , configuration , and problem-solving .
- Ability to create detailed technical documentation, process flows, and use cases.
- Experience interfacing WMS technologies with back-office systems .
