Crmnext Tester

Role & responsibilities

 Test the CRMNEXT application to ensure it meets the required quality standards, including functionality, usability, and performance.

 Identify and report defects, including reproducing and documenting the issues.

 Collaborate with the development team to resolve defects and ensure that fixes are properly tested.

 Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure comprehensive testing of the application.

 Conduct exploratory testing to identify defects and improve the overall quality of the application.

 Participate in regression testing to ensure that changes to the application do not introduce new defects.

 Work closely with the development team to ensure that defects are tracked and resolved.

 Provide feedback to the development team on the usability and user experience of the application.

 Collaborate with other teams, such as QA and SDG, IT Team, to ensure that the application meets the required quality standards.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Preferred domain Banking/BFSI or and Financial industry
• At least 1+ years of experience in software testing, preferably in a CRM or similar application.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Experience with test automation tools, such as Selenium or Appium.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to reproduce defects.
• Familiarity with CRMNEXT application and its features.
• Experience with JIRA tool for test management and defect tracking.
• Experience with CRM mobile application testing.
• Experience with integration testing using API by using tools such as SOAP UI or Postman.
• Strong test case writing skills, including test plans, test scenarios, and requirement traceability matrix.
• Experience in performing end to end Digital journeys.
