We are seeking an experienced Test Manager with 13+ years of experience in software testing within the BFSI sector, specializing in core banking and payments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining test strategies, leading testing teams, ensuring quality assurance, and delivering robust solutions in alignment with banking regulations and industry best practices. Key Responsibilities: Test Strategy Planning: Develop and implement test strategies, frameworks, and methodologies for core banking and payment systems. Define test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on functional and non-functional requirements. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for banking and payments. Team Management Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of test engineers and QA professionals. Allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines and quality objectives. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training on testing best practices. Test Execution Quality Assurance: Oversee end-to-end functional, regression, integration, performance and UAT testing. Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage. Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution. Core Banking Payment Systems Expertise: Ensure seamless testing of core banking modules such as account management, loans, deposits, and transactions. Validate payment systems including inward/outward payments, card payments, and digital wallets. Work with vendors and third-party providers to integrate and test external banking solutions. Automation Tools: Implement test automation strategies to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts. Utilize automation tools like Selenium, Appium, UFT, Tosca, JMeter, Postman, etc. Ensure compatibility with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Stakeholder Communication Reporting: Prepare and present test reports, defect analysis, and risk assessment
