Test Manager

Technical Project Manager with expertise in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools, including UiPath, Blue Prism, and Automation Anywhere. This role requires someone with a strong technical background in RPA, proven experience in managing end-to-end automation projects, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, technical acumen, and the capability to manage multiple projects across diverse industries. Key Responsibilities: Project Management: Lead RPA projects from initiation to deployment, including scoping, planning, designing, executing, monitoring, and closing projects. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure clear communication, alignment of project goals, and project success. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor project teams consisting of RPA developers, analysts, and business process owners, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to deliver solutions. Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance on RPA solutions, supporting the design, development, testing, and deployment of automated workflows, particularly with UiPath, Blue Prism, and Automation Anywhere. Process Analysis: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand, document, and analyze business processes, identifying opportunities for automation and improvement. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and create mitigation plans to ensure successful project delivery. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk logs, and process diagrams.
