Role Description
The ideal candidate would work closely with our Demand Generation Director to map out and execute a multi-channel marketing strategy to generate awareness, leads, and opportunities for Tessell s GTM team. You would also partner with product marketing, revenue operations, design, and sales every week to help drive demand for Tessell s DBaaS offerings.
Note that this role will be required to be in the office for a minimum of 3 business days at our Bangalore HQ.
Responsibilities
Ideate, build and launch elaborate campaigns to generate high-quality, high-intent leads.
Work cross-functionally and collaborate with design, product marketing sales, and revenue operations teams to deliver well-thought-out integrated marketing campaigns.
This role would require travel (as needed) for events to help support and execute our GTM team initiatives.
Must-Have Skills and Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience working in digital marketing and/or demand generation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to balance multiple project deadlines efficiently
Proficiency with Hubspot or other leading CRMs
Experience with email marketing clients
Experience working first-hand with Sales/GTM teams
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
Understanding of content management systems (CMS)
Data analytics and reporting experience
A/B testing and multivariate testing experience
Content writing and marketing experience
Working proficiency in SEO and SEM methodologies
Event marketing and field marketing experience
