Job Description
- Responsible for increasing New/Renewal business of motor insurance in the region through Dealer Channel
- Communicating and managing targets allocated to dealership
- Regular visits to Dealerships to monitor target achievement and to streamline processes
- Periodic performance review of dealers
- Ensure adequate manpower at dealership
- Check and maintain solicitation as per defined process (Monthly Audit)
- Monitor and address customer complaints pertaining to policy issuance and claims settlement and get it resolved with close coordination with respective departments.
- Monitor 64VB pendency and premium collection issues
- Training of dealer manpower
- Monitoring business share at dealership / city / region
- Implementation of Head office initiatives
- Ensure compliances at Dealership
Required Candidate profile
- Graduate / MBA
- 3+ years of experience
- Prefer prior experience in channel sales
- Good Analytical Ability
- Good Communication and presentation Skill
- Career Stability
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Candidate should be open for traveling.
