We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Territory Manager to join our sales team. The Territory Manager will be responsible for managing a designated geographic territory and driving sales growth by developing and maintaining relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and implementing effective sales strategies.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong business acumen, and a track record of exceeding sales goals.
Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
Identify and prospect potential clients within the territory, including new business opportunities and existing accounts.Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in customer organizations.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to close sales deals.Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to provide regular updates on sales performance and territory activities.
Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance industry knowledge and expand professional network.
Provide training and product knowledge support to customers, distributors, and sales representatives as needed.Stay updated on product developments, industry regulations, and market trends relevant to the assigned territory.
