Territory Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Identify KOLs from the leading medical institutes in the territory and kick start the business/liaison in form of value & prescription support
• Plan & Ensure daily visits to targeted doctors to brief them about products and follow-up for prescription generation
• Meet channel partners at a predefined frequency to ensure availability of all SKUs in adequate quantity
• Seek co-operation of channel partners to aid distribution and visibility of Acuraglobe products and timely receipt of payments
• Undertake timely and effective implementation of company's product promotion plan to enhance distribution penetration and improve visibility of Acuraglobe and it's brands
• Achieve product wise, rupee wise monthly, quarterly and annual budget by adhering to set work norms
• Develop customer database through selection of towns, routes and profiling of customers
• Maintain records and send reports including tour programs, daily, weekly reports
• Ensure distributor/stockist wise minimum inventory sales in the assigned territory
• Focus on value added product and pharmacy sales in each territory supervised

Preferred candidate profile

• Good communication and analytical skills
• Go getter and should be able to perform without much supervision
• Experience in executing marketing strategies and successful pharma relations
• Excellent negotiation skills

Education: B Pharma/BSC, any science graduate
